Not Athletes ("we," "our," or "us") runs the Not Athletes app and notathletes.com. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

- Fitness and nutrition data. Workout logs, routine plans, nutrition logs (including meal descriptions and estimated macros), and related data you enter in the app.
How We Use Your Data

- • Estimate nutrition from meal descriptions (using a third‑party service)
- • Deliver push notifications
- • Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations
Who We Share Data With
We share data only with services needed to run the app:

Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it for legal or security reasons.
Children
The app is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
